About Me

Personally it is important and a hobby of mine to assist and meet individuals goal and nutrition needs. I'm very hardworking and always ensure that my clients are at the centre of everything and assisting individuals needs is an essential tool that I work by. I am friendly to talk to an approach and have a welcoming personality at all times. I specialise in hypertrophy training and core stability training which consists of building muscle, toning up and weight loss. I specialise in Online coaching and 1-1 coaching, and all clients will be pushed to their own limit and will work towards their goals and targets. Highly recommended!! Oltian is a very professional PT. The gains my younger brother has made over the past few months have been outstanding. Steven has Cerebral Palsy so this can be very challenging for any trainer to take however Oltian has done amazing with him. very friendly and always supportive 24.7. The supportive attitude has helped Steven gain more confidence in the gym and in his workouts. Oltian has gone above and beyond for Steven to which Me and my family are very grateful for.
